Personal bests

Paces that come from you, not a template.

Add your recent times and JogOn works out your training paces from them. Log a new PB and your plan keeps up.

  • Easy days that are genuinely easy
  • Hard sessions pitched where they help
  • A consistency view of every week
Personal bests for 5K, 10K and half marathon, with a new half PB, above a consistency heatmap of training days.

Hybrid training

Run and lift in one plan.

Pick up to three strength sessions a week and what they're for. JogOn places them around your key runs, keeps heavy leg days away from your long run, and eases off as race day nears.

  • Runner strength, keep your gym routine, or build muscle
  • Gym sessions from Strava or Health tick themselves off
  • Scaled back in recovery weeks and the taper
Strength training setup: two sessions a week, with Runner strength selected.A plan overview chart above this week's sessions: a progressive run, easy run and long run with two runner strength sessions.

Adapts with you

Life happens. Your plan bends.

Picked up a niggle? Injury mode turns hard sessions into short easy runs, or pauses running and eases you back in. Say how each run felt and the next ones adjust. Race day never moves.

  • Injury mode for niggles or time off
  • Replan a busy week in a couple of taps
  • Suggestions from your calendar, read only on your phone
Injury mode: niggle selected for one week, with easy runs only until Monday 12 October.

And the details a good coach gets right.

Every session explains itself

Tap any run to see why it's there: what it trains, why it's on that day, and where the pace comes from.

Sessions on your wrist

Send structured workouts to your COROS watch, with target paces for every rep. Apple Watch and Garmin are coming soon.

No battery drain

JogOn doesn't record GPS. Keep using the watch or app you trust and we pick up the result.

Questions

Do I need a watch?

No. Any app that records to Strava, Apple Health or Health Connect works, including your phone. A watch just makes it easier.

Does JogOn record my runs?

No, on purpose. You keep using whatever you already record with, and JogOn reads the result. That keeps the app small, fast and free of battery drain.

What about Garmin?

Direct Garmin support is coming soon. Until then, connect Strava: Garmin Connect can sync your runs there automatically.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 14 days with every feature. Cancel during the trial from your App Store or Google Play account and you won't be charged.

Which races can I train for?

5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, ultra and custom distances, from first-timers to people chasing a PB.
